HOW IS A MODERN SPC FLOOR CONSTRUCTED AND ASSEMBLED?
1 – ANTI FADE UV COATING
2 – WEAR-RESISTANT LAYER
Helps protect the floor from dents, scratches, etc. The thicker the wear-resistant layer, the greater the protection. It comes in two thicknesses: 0.3 mm, 0.5 mm, or 0.7 mm, depending on the installation location. The 0.3 mm layer is suitable for domestic environments such as bedrooms, the 0.5 mm layer is suitable for heavy residential use, while the 0.7 mm layer is suitable for heavily used commercial environments.
3 – LAYER OF PRINTED VINYL
It incorporates the graphics, pattern, style and color which make it very similar to natural materials such as stone and wood.
4 – CORE
SPC The solid and waterproof core of floor. It doesn’t wrinkle or swell, no matter what liquid you subject it to. This core is ultra-dense without the use of foaming agents. The core is made from a composite of mineral powders and vinyl. Its skills: resilience and durability.
5 – SOUND MAT (IXPE)
Made of IXPE with a thickness of generally 1,5 mm, it guarantees acoustic comfort against theimpact effect and allows installation even on uneven surfaces.
